Intuitive empath and spiritual healer Breanna, will teach you life-long tools to help you slow down your monkey mind, help you make heart-felt decisions, understand the flow of your emotions, increase self-love and compassion, and find harmony within your essence. Participate in two mindful yoga sessions daily as well as interactive programming where you have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in different meditation techniques. In your free time, explore what this tropical estate has to offer! Spirit will be guiding you through the week of transformation and healing.

This week is about “slowing down”, breaking the automatic pilot of thoughts, emotions, and behaviour, and providing ample opportunities to (re)train your “being muscles.” Another word for mindfulness is “heartfulness” and this week is first and foremost about self-care and self-compassion – hence, all activities scheduled in this week are completely optional and you can participate in as little or as much as you like. Allow this week to be the kindest gift you could give YOURSELF and honour your needs. The focus during this retreat is on conscious and authentic living. The practices and reflections are geared to integrating mindfulness into our lives and the work we do, in ways that are sustainable and have a felt impact.

Balenbouche Estate is in the Luscious Land of St Lucia where the guest houses are on a beautiful historic Sugar Plantation.
Balenbouche Estate is a 75 acre heritage site and organic farm offering five charming self-contained St. Lucia cottages adjoining several beaches. The property is on the South-West Coast of St Lucia, between Laborie and Choiseul. It is located 20 minutes from the International airport and 30 minutes from the town of Soufriere, in the most beautiful and authentic part of the island.
Balenbouche is a magical place, a world in itself. The past and the present are intricately interwoven in the 18th century sugar mill and historic plantation house and grounds. The estate includes fruit orchards, pastures, lily ponds and nature trails. The St Lucian guest houses are created from historic structures and sleep between 2 and 6 people.

About Your Facilitator:

Breanna Mashinter is the owner of Compassionate Healing Therapy and has been in private practice for over three years. She has been coaching individuals on how to connect with their inner guidance system through holistic practices. She includes Young Living essential oils, mindful movement (aka yoga), mindfulness, tuning forks (sound healing) and Source Energy to guide people in their healing process. She has a background in Social Work and believes in each individuals power to heal themselves. Breanna is recognizing that the unresolved emotional trauma we store creates dis-ease in the physical body so she is helping people raise their own vibration to rid the physical body of these dis-eases. Her intention when working with individuals is for them to take back their innate power to heal themselves with the tools that they already have, they are just hidden from Ego’s grasping.
