I believe everyone has the power to heal themselves so I’ve created a holistic healing practice with a “whole being” approach. All practices instill a sense of peace and bring conscious awareness to the connection between body, mind and soul. Holistic coaching is restorative in nature and facilitates faster and easier change. Dis-ease is created in the body when tension is held. My intention when working with individuals is for them to take back their innate power to heal themselves with the tools they already have.

I don’t stress over finding the time to work out or go for walks; these habits are as important to me as any other daily habit. Having been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and having three children, I needed to re-examine my life. These events helped me to appreciate the quality of the exercise and nutrition I get, rather than quantity. A healthy, fulfilled, active life must be supported by a solid nutrition and spiritual foundation. While I continue to learn and grow, I am grateful for the knowledge I do have and that I am able to help others every day by sharing this knowledge. I am proud to consider myself a perpetual student of all things health and fitness.
