I have created an eight week mindful wellness group program that caters to symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. The intention of this group is for individuals to implement a variety of strategies, skills, tools, and techniques into their day-to-day lives to balance out their emotions and find their core desired feeling. Some topics include, but are not limited to: introduction to mindfulness, self-love, the power of affirmations and consciously choosing thoughts, cultivating awareness in the present moment, understanding the workings of the mind, awareness of body sensations and how to debunk stress. Dates will be provided on the website where you can sign up ahead of time until the group starts up again. The two hour session includes: a mindfulness exercise, restorative yoga, the lesson, essential oils and a guided meditation.
